THOUGH she considers herself a poet first and foremost, Carolanne Reynolds is probably best known for her work keeping the public informed about what's happening in West Vancouver. The former councillor continues to work on heritage issues as well as publishing a weekly council newsletter and maintaining a Web site at www.westvan.org.
